Shipping & Refund Policy – Engraved Pieces

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be faulty, damaged, or incorrect and returned unused and in the same condition as received.

Items that are personalized or custom engraved cannot be returned unless defective.

Shipping

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Domestic Shipping: Shipping within Lithuania typically takes 3–5 business days.

International Shipping: Shipping to other countries may take 7–21 business days, depending on customs and local carriers.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout and may vary based on location, package size, and shipping method.

Customs & Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees for international orders.

Order Tracking: No order tracking is provided.

Delays & Lost Packages: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the criteria, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Personalized items that are not defective cannot be refunded.

How to Return

Email support@engravedpieces.com to request a return or exchange.

You will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Return shipping for international orders is also the customer’s responsibility.
